Classes are ongoing.

• 5 classes each 2 ½ Hours long

• Presented for mother and her birth companion

(father, friend, doula or whomever she chooses)

• $255 per couple

• Private classes $400

• Classes taken early in pregnancy allow more time to practice the methods and prepare for birth.
